Stefanini TechTeam Positioned by Leading Analyst Firm in Leaders Quadrant for
Help Desk Outsourcing

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 12, 2011 – Stefanini TechTeam (www.techteam.com), a global provider of onshore, nearshore and offshore IT outsourcing services, announced today that Gartner, Inc. has positioned the company in the 2011 Leaders Quadrant for Help Desk Outsourcing, North America.

The report positions service providers based on their ability to execute and their completeness of vision. According to Gartner, “Leaders are performing well, have a clear vision of market direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership positions in the market. All these providers have demonstrated that they have significant help desk outsourcing experience and understand the dynamics needed to deliver help desk services successfully.
