Leading Technology Solution Company Expands Relationship with TechTeam Global
New agreement adds EMEA to TechTeam's customer technical support responsibilities
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT) outsourcing and business process outsourcing services, announced today that its customer technical support service responsibilities for an existing client have been expanded to include coverage for the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) region.
TechTeam has provided service for the client, a leading global technology solution company, since 2005, delivering technical support for customers in the United States, Canada and Asia. With the addition of the EMEA region, TechTeam is now responding to more than 25,000 customer contacts per month via phone, e-mail and chat.
