TechTeam Expands Service Desk Support for Automotive Industry Supplier to Include Coverage for South America
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT) outsourcing and business process outsourcing services, announced today that it has expanded its multilingual service desk support for a leading automotive industry component supplier to include coverage for that company’s end-users in South America.
With the expansion, TechTeam now provides a single, consolidated global service desk for this customer, supporting operations in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Uruguay, Argentina and Columbia. This outsourced IT support covers more than 28,000 end-users on a 24x7 basis in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
