TechTeam Government Solutions Achieves ISO 20000 Certification
CHANTILLY, Va., March 3, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEAM), announced today it has achieved ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 certification (ITMS 557407) in recognition of its standardized best practice techniques. The certification demonstrates TechTeam's commitment to providing greater customer focus, tangible cost savings and more effective supplier management for its customers.
The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 IT Service Management standard is the most widely recognized and reputable IT Service Management system framework in the world. To meet the requirements, TechTeam Government Solutions' staff underwent a complex certification process, including an audit by BSI Group, a global provider of management systems assessment, certification, and training services.
