TechTeam Government Solutions Awarded Contract to Manage Networks for the Air National Guard

CHANTILLY, Va., Jan 21, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEAM), announced today that it has been awarded a five-year contract, with a potential value of $15 million, by Harris Corporation, to support network operations and security for the Air National Guard (ANG). The contract results from a task order issued to Harris under the Air Force NETCENTS contract. The task order supports the transformation from ANG's current decentralized network management model to a centralized managed environment.

TechTeam will support ANG's Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) with the engineering, implementation, operation and maintenance of its Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Nonsecure Internet Protocol Router Network's (NIPRNET) infrastructure and systems. The Guard's classified command and control networks, which TechTeam has supported since 1998, are currently estimated to contain more than 110,000 user accounts and 65,000 systems.
