Dennis J. Kelly, Jr. Named President of TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc.

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN, November 10, 2005…TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: “TEAM”), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing support services, today announced it has named Dennis J. Kelly, Jr. as President of TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc., headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. Kelly comes to TechTeam Global from Anteon Corporation; a $1.5 billion NYSE-listed IT and engineering services firm.

Mr. Kelly will be responsible for all facets of the TechTeam Government Solutions organization, including business development and operations. He will preside over the merger and integration of TechTeam Global's recent acquisitions, Sytel, Inc., and Digital Support Corporation, into a single IT and support services group dedicated to serving the local, state, and federal government.

Mr. Kelly brings a broad range of corporate and government experience to TechTeam. At Anteon, he served in a variety of corporate executive functions, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, Investor and Government Relations, and as Anteon's Senior Business Development Executive. Mr. Kelly has also served in a number of line management positions at Anteon where he had responsibility for profit and loss. This included his tenure as the Group Vice President of Anteon's IT Center, an IT services business unit that provides system integration, custom application design, and development services to commercial and government clients.

Mr. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Operations Expert.
