TechTeam Global Awarded Three-Year Contract for IT Support Services from Duke Realty Corporation

TechTeam to provide help-desk and desk-side support services for nationwide industrial real estate company

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN, December 7, 2005…TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: “TEAM”), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing support services, today announced that it has been chosen by industrial real estate firm Duke Realty Corporation to deliver help-desk and desk-side management support for all of its IT hardware and applications. During the three-year contract, TechTeam will help Duke Realty expand its national presence while increasing end-user self-help solutions, improving first-call resolution, and reducing costs.

TechTeam will support Duke Realty's five-year strategic plan of expanding to more cities with small management offices that will not have dedicated IT personnel. Duke Realty will use TechTeam's single-point-of-contact (SPOC) support model, which provides a seamless delivery through established procedures with integrated tools and technology. Support incidents are reported via TechTeam's Support Portal, telephone, or e-mail. TechTeam's model leverages technology to efficiently deliver and manage help-desk and desk-side resources delivering substantial efficiencies and cost savings.
