TechTeam Government Solutions Awarded $4.2 Million, Three-Year Contract to Provide IT Service Management Solution

CHANTILLY, Va., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a provider of information technology (IT) services to federal, state and local markets and a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEAM), today announced that it has been chosen by a non-profit educational institution to provide an integrated IT service management solution. Under the awarded contract, TechTeam Government Solutions will provide a hosted, integrated help desk and asset management tracking system. The system will support over 250 analysts and help desk agents.

To address their business requirements for an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based IT service management solution, TechTeam partnered with Computer Associates (CA) and Oak Tree Enterprise Solutions, Inc. The estimated contract value is $4.2 million in revenue over a three-year period. The contract includes two one-year option years and if all options years are exercised, the total estimated contract value is $7 million.
