BRUSSELS, Belgium, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT), enterprise support and business process outsourcing services, today announced it has been placed in the "Visionaries" quadrant of Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Help Desk Outsourcing, Western Europe, 2007(1).
The report states that "visionaries have a clear vision of market direction and are focused on preparing for this, but they should optimize service delivery and should improve penetration of the Western European market."
Within this Magic Quadrant, Gartner investigates external service providers on their competencies, offerings, geographic and language capabilities, as well as their strategies in the multilingual help-desk environment. Gartner analysts consider the Western European Help Desk market as "uniquely complex because of European buyers' multilingual needs and because of the growing intricacy and requirements of multinational businesses operating in Europe and globally."
