TechTeam Global Awarded Five-Year Contract for IT Support Services from Philip Morris International

TechTeam to provide corporate IT help desk support in five languages for approximately 9,000 end users in Europe

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing services, today announced that it has been chosen by Philip Morris International (PMI) for the delivery of information technology support services.

Under this five-year agreement, TechTeam will provide help desk support services for PMI's information technology infrastructure in Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, Germany and France. The support will be provided in five languages for more than 9,000 employees and delivered from within PMI's Krakow, Poland-based shared services center. Under the current scope, the contract will generate an estimated $4.0 million in revenue for TechTeam.
