Top Infrastructure Management Outsourcing Vendors - August 2009
TechTeam placed # 1 globally in Help Desk Outsourcing across both Tier 1 and Mid Tier customers and #1 globally in overall IT Infrastructure Outsourcing for Mid Tier customers.
To determine the satisfaction rankings, Black Book collected evaluations from 3,175 customer respondents covering 18 performance areas related to operational excellence. More than 140 IT Outsourcing vendors were evaluated. Tier 1 customers are organizations with revenues greater than $1 billion, while Mid Tier customers are organizations with revenues between $500 million and $1 billion.
Top 50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors - June 2009
TechTeam placed #18, a 14-place jump from the 2008 rank of #32. This puts TechTeam in the top two percent of the 1,671 outsourcing companies evaluated in the survey.To determine this ranking, Black Book collected evaluations from over 24,000 customer respondents covering 26 elements of leadership and management.
Another leading, independent research firm included TechTeam in a recent report on smaller IT outsourcing providers, noting that TechTeam, "has the most globally diverse client base of the providers considered", "some of the healthiest growth rates", and "a good balance across different service lines."
