Vice President of Human Resources

Heidi Hagle joined TechTeam in April of 1996 and served in the roles of Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and is now Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Hagle oversees the global delivery of all Human Resources functions including Employee Relations, Compensation Administration, Benefits Planning and Administration, Management Development, Management Consultation, Policy Development and Implementation, Corporate Training for all employees including managers, and Human Resources Strategic Planning. Prior to joining TechTeam, Ms. Hagle worked for a Columbus, Ohio insurance company as a Human Resources Specialist and Employment Coordinator. Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and Placement Coordinator for a national temporary staffing agency in Saginaw, Michigan.

Ms. Hagle received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Michigan. She has also completed the Human Resources Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan.
