To meet the requirements, TechTeam Government Solutions’ staff underwent a complex certification process, including an audit by BSI Group, a global provider of management systems assessment, certification, and training services.
Incorporating ITIL As providers of IT to the Federal government and the Department of Defense (DoD), TechTeam incorporates Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) "best practices" into our quality management system. We have successfully deployed the ITIL framework within the DoD and civilian government agencies. Over 33% of TechTeam employees are trained and certified in ITIL. Our process asset library enables TechTeam to tailor ITIL and ISO 9001:2000 processes to meet the needs of our customers.
