Bill Donahue Takes the Helm |

TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a provider of information technology (IT) support and consulting services to federal, state and local markets and a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAM), has announced that Dennis Kelly resigned to pursue other interests and has turned over the president’s position to executive vice president (EVP), Bill Donahue. Bill Donahue will take on the role of the President, TechTeam Government Solutions, until such time as a permanent replacement can be named. Donahue has long been active in the federal IT community. He spent 33 years in the US Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant General. He completed a number of assignment including the Air Force Director of Communications and Information, and Commander of the Air Force Communications and Information Center. Donahue spent three years as Computer Science Corporation’s VP/GM for their Aerospace Business Unit. He serves on several corporate and advisory boards and is the President of the Air Force C4 Association. Donahue joined TechTeam in January of 2005 with the acquisition of Sytel where he had been the EVP for Federal Solutions. At TechTeam, Donohue has been instrumental in supporting strategic planning, leadership policies and marketing direction. In his welcome message to staff, Mr. Donahue said: “We are all about doing things that make our government better, make us secure as a nation, and make us proud about what we do and who we are. I was fortunate to have worked closely with Dennis and the whole leadership team as we crafted our strategy for the future.
