Steps:
- Complete the online form and submit your resume
- Review and sign the required agreements
- IBM selects who they want on the team based on core competencies
- Complete the onboarding process
- Receive Welcome letter
- Attend mandatory training with IBM
- Attend Q&A session with IBM
- Set up VPN
- Register to IBM Portal
- Perform mandatory Test Event
- Begin registering for Live Events
- Get paid for successfully completing Live Events
- Stay engaged – follow IBM’s mandatory participation policy
