CAREER PATHS WORK AT TECHTEAM GLOBAL

At TechTeam, we place a high priority on developing our workforce. We offer a variety of support and training programs to enable our people to grow with us, and are proud of the people who "get ahead." One example is our own Director of Human Resources, Jeanette Nabozny, who started at TechTeam in 1992 as a Support Technician working on-site for one of our automotive customers.

Jeanette’s managers recognized her talent, and promoted her to a number of roles with increasing responsibility. She became a Team Leader in 1993, a Program Manager in 1994, and a Senior Program Manager in 1996, responsible for projects in the Southfield, MI headquarters as well as for three remote locations.

Next up for Jeanette were positions at the director level. As Director of Call Center Services, she was responsible for more than 15 projects at four sites. As Director of Solutions Engineering, she had the opportunity to travel to global locations, meet world-class companies, and launch new business and technologies for TechTeam.

In 2004, Jeanette moved into Human Resources, where as Director of HR Systems she launched a new global HR system that spanned five countries. She became Director of Recruiting in 2007, where she was responsible for recruiting and staffing for TechTeam Global in the Americas.

Today, Jeanette is Director of Human Resources, and uses her experience coming up through the ranks at TechTeam to help others develop their own career paths.
