December, 2010I am pleased to report that Stefanini IT Solutions has completed the acquisition of TechTeam Global. TechTeam's new name will be Stefanini TechTeam. This is an exciting time for our organization.
As you may know, Stefanini is a privately held global IT solutions provider with over 20 years of experience in the IT services sector and roots in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Together, Stefanini and TechTeam are now one global team dedicated to you, our customer.
As a team, we will provide an increased breadth and depth of services. The strength of our combined company includes:Stefanini and TechTeam already know each other well, as we have been working together in a strategic partnership. Through this experience we have seen that, in addition to our complementary geographic footprints and services, we share similar customer-oriented cultures and a strong commitment to excellence.
As communicated in November, we are fully committed to ensuring stability, continuity and consistency as we integrate the two companies to achieve increased long-term value for you.
Overseeing the integration, and indeed the new combined organization, will be Antonio Moreira, who shares my deep commitment to customer service and excellence. Antonio has been with Stefanini for fourteen years and has led our North American and European operations for the last nine years.
